Order Processing
marine.shop processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day; all other in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for oversized, special-order, or backordered items. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
marine.shop currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories where noted. We do not currently accept or fulfill international orders. This policy will be updated if international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Continental United States
Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options available at checkout.
U.S. Delivery Options:
- Ground Shipping: $11.99 — Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
- 2nd Day Shipping: $36.99 — Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
- Freight Truck (LTL), Curbside Delivery: $299.99 flat rate — Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines begin after order processing is complete. Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or qualified freight providers depending on product size and destination. marine.shop reserves the right to select the carrier to ensure efficient delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and carrier rates. Additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified if a shipment requires a custom freight quote prior to processing.
Oversized & Freight Shipments
Items exceeding standard parcel carrier limits (typically over 150 lbs or requiring palletized freight, such as large trolling motors or multi-unit orders) ship via LTL truck freight from our East Coast distribution center.
Freight orders ship at a flat rate of $299.99 within the continental United States. Freight orders dispatch on standard business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 7 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Freight deliveries:
- May require appointment scheduling
- May require customer presence for inspection
- Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage before signing.
Signature Requirements
For high-value orders, marine.shop may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged:
- Notify marine.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain original packaging
- Provide photos of damage and packaging
Failure to report freight damage at delivery may void claims. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
If marine.shop ships the wrong item, ships a defective item confirmed on inspection, or a shipment is lost due to our fulfillment error, marine.shop will arrange replacement, refund, or return shipping at no additional cost to the customer.
