Cancellations & Order Changes
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled only if processing has not progressed too far and the item has not already shipped, been released to a supplier, or entered a special-order workflow.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible only before shipment preparation or carrier processing begins. Please contact marine.shop immediately if a change is needed.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Order changes may be possible before processing is complete, but availability, supplier release status, and payment adjustments may affect whether changes can be made.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible. At that point, any return or refusal will be subject to the applicable return and freight conditions.
Can special-order items be canceled?
Special-order items may not be cancelable once they have been committed with the supplier or manufacturer.
Will there be cancellation fees?
Certain cancellations may be subject to fees, especially if supplier charges, freight arrangements, payment processing costs, or special-order commitments are involved.
How quickly should I contact you if I need a change?
Immediately. The sooner marine.shop is contacted, the better the chance that a requested change can be reviewed before processing advances.
