What if the shipment looks damaged at delivery?
If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the packaging, labels, and affected items.
What if items are missing from the shipment?
Compare the shipment received against the packing slip and order confirmation, and report any shortage to marine.shop promptly with photos and details.
Should I keep the packaging if there is damage?
Yes. Please retain all original packaging, pallet materials, and damaged items until the claim has been reviewed, as carriers or suppliers may require inspection.
